The Divemaster course is the first professional qualification you can gain within the PADI system.

In this course you work closely with your PADI Instructor and expand your knowledge and skills within scuba diving.

The Divemaster training allows you to develop your leadership skills and qualifies you to supervise dive activities and assist the Instructor with dive students.

The Divemaster course is a prerequisite certification for PADI Assistant Instructor and the Open Water Scuba Instructor certifications.

To qualify for this course you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
  • Be PADI Rescue Diver
  •  An Emergency First Responder primary and secondary care
  • Have a minimum of 20 dives to start the course and 60 to certify
  • Be fit for diving and have a medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months.
